this community-engaged project is an ongoing collaboration with os pés de ouro, a small dance company in the north zone of rio de janeiro, that works to assist young culture bearers in overcoming structural inequalities in the arts. since january 2025, the team’s efforts have remained focused on building professional development skills and unionizing all of its members.
